RFWF's Fight Against Hunger on the Plateau

Hunger on the Plateau is real! No child should go without food. No senior should have to choose between paying a bill and buying groceries. RFWF’s Neighbors Feeding Neighbors programs help to fight hunger across the Plateau.

Backpack Program

Over 300 local children are at risk of experiencing hunger when away from school-provided meals. Without our help, these children arrive at school each week with an empty stomach, unable to concentrate and perform well academically.

Fortunately, RFWF’s backpack program offers much-needed food to these children over the weekends. Thanks to generous donors, we provide these students with weekly meal bags containing multiple entrees, snacks, and fresh, organic fruit items.

We rely on donations of canned/boxed entrees, tuna, oatmeal packets, granola bars, etc. Donations can be dropped off at 1675 Cole St, Enumclaw.

To enroll your child in weekly meal support, contact us at 360-802-3206.

Senior Hot Meal Program

Whether a temporary need or long-term, the hot meal delivery program is designed to fill the hunger gap for seniors, veterans. The meals are prepared fresh daily and have even been described as “just like mom’s home cooking!”

Our home-delivered meal service also serves as a welfare check and social connection, giving loved ones peace of mind knowing that a healthy meal is delivered and the clients are cared for. The Senior Hot Meal Program is an excellent resource for adults trying to take care of their aging parents who cannot tend to their daily basic needs.

Full Bellies is a free hot meal for everyone in our Community. We provide a warm, family-friendly, safe environment for anyone who wants to join us for dinner. Our meals are prepared and served by various groups from our community.

People come to Full Bellies for all different reasons. Some people come for socialization, companionship, or hunger. However, many of our guests come to feel a part of something and connect with their community.
